This 45-minute class focuses on basic kickboxing techniques, including jabs, crosses, front kicks, sidekicks, & roundhouse kicks. The session includes kickboxing footwork, light dumbbell punches, core workout & shoulder stability exercises. Designed by a black belt in Karate and Jujitsu, the class is suitable for anyone aged 15 and up, with modifications for various fitness levels. No childcare is available - sorry for any inconvenience. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow a little slide - worn tennis shoes are perfect! You will want water and a towel because you will sweat, but have lots of fun doing it! There are restrooms on site that can double as changing rooms if coming straight from work.
