Lorain County, OH – Lorain County Public Health (LCPH) is urging residents to take a significant step towards better health by quitting tobacco. Whether you smoke cigarettes, use e-cigarettes or vaping products, chew tobacco, or smoke cigars, the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line (OTQL) is here to provide the support you need to succeed.
Ready to quit? Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW for free resources and tailored support to help you gain freedom from nicotine. The OTQL offers personalized quit coaching, where trained professionals will work with you to create a plan that fits your individual needs. You’ll also gain access to free nicotine replacement therapy options to help manage cravings – including patches, gum, and lozenges.
