United We Sweat is a network of free physical activity options in Lorain County. United We Sweat aims to ensure that everyone in Lorain County has access to quality physical activity opportunities no matter your location, age, or skill level. All classes and events are free and open to the public.
Join a naturalist to explore the Black River Reservation and see the Day's Dam Waterfall in Winter. All ages are welcome. The route is approximately 2.5 miles and will include uneven surfaces and an incline. HSP Level 2. Meet the naturalist at the Day's Dam Parking Lot. Registration is not required.

Join us on an extended loop hike of Carlisle Reservation! We will be completing the Carlisle Bottoms, Duck Pond, North Loop, South Loop, and Hale Rd trails for a total of 12.5 miles.
We will meet at the Duck Pond Entrance at Carlisle Reservation.
