Yoga class for beginner and intermediate levels. It is geared to stretch the body to increase mobility, range of motion and build strength. The goal is to be as comfortable and functional in our body as possible. Bring your mat. Wear comfortable clothing.
Note: Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters and chairs can and will be used.

This Zumba class is for all fitness levels. We welcome everyone to come and dance with us, including children ages 10 & up with a participating adult. No childcare is available - sorry for any inconvenience. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow a little slide - worn tennis shoes are perfect! You will want water and a towel because you will sweat, but have lots of fun doing it! There are restrooms on site that can double as changing rooms if coming straight from work.
